He has served as a Trustee Board Member for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and has served as an Advisory Board Member for Young Life International and also served as the President of the Miami Junior Chamber of Commerce.
Lawrence Seregan has more than 38 years of experience in real estate investment banking, investment management, principal ownership, and capital markets activities. During his career, Mr. Seregan has executed $15+ billion in transactions for both US domestic and offshore institutional and private clients, including US REITs, pension fund, fund managers, global investment banks, private family home offices, and Sovereign Wealth Funds. Mr. Seregan's background includes past CEO of Garrick Aug, Director of Fund Management for Sumitomo Real Estate, Managing Director at Fieldstone, Inc. and the merchant banker for a private family office.
Robert Behrens is a Certified Public Accountant and a former Director at Big Five accounting firm Arthur Anderson and has held senior positions including Executive Vice President and CFO at Vereign Bancorp and Wachovia National Bank. Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Lane James is a former Senior VP at Bay Federal National Bank, former First Vice President at Credit-Suisse, former International Banking Officer at M&T Bank. Lane received his MBA from Pennsylvania State University.

Mortgage Processor / Administrative Assistant - MPAA
This career position can be remote, located in our Atlanta Georgia Production Center, or a hybrid situation.
The Mortgage Processor / Administrative Assistant - MPAA will report to the Operations Manager and CEO. Duties will include performing a wide variety of duties including processing commercial real estate renewable energy files which is similar to processing commercial real estate mortgage files. The MPAA will be responsible for dealing professionally with confidential and sensitive information while performing several aspects of assigned work.
The MPAA will review renewable energy finance requests submitted to our patent pending portal and initiate receipt of, and organize, significant quantities of documentation for multiple transactions simultaneously. The MPAA will review or prepare an analysis of financial background data for new or existing clients to determine qualifications and eligibility for finance programs and determine if they meet underwriting guidelines and criteria. The MPAA must be able to analyze personal, corporate, and property financial statements. The MPAA will communicate and coordinate with underwriting, and Closing Departments. The MPAA will also produce marketing correspondence and communications. This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of duties which will ensure the proper functioning of the business unit and enhance
the productivity and effectiveness of the company.
